And in loving others we exercise the love of Christ by serving one another, spreading the good news of Christ, and reaching the lost at any cost for the glory of God.

Disputes
Crossroad Christian Bookstore ensures in working hard in making things right with each customer. On occasion, a third party may be necessary to help us resolve our disputes. Any disputes relating in any way to your visit at crossroadchrisrtianbookstore.com or to products you purchase shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New York except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violated Crossroad Christian Bookstore’ intellectual property rights, Crossroad Christian Bookstore may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of NY and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
You agree with Crossroad Christian Bookstore to any claim between us involves commerce under, and is governed exclusively by, the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and federal law, and not by any state or local laws, or the laws of other countries, concerning or purporting to place limits on the availability or scope of arbitration or in any way imposing requirements beyond or inconsistent with those set forth in the FAA.
Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgement in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
Policies, Modifications, and Severability
Our policies govern your visit to crossroadchristianbookstore.com. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these conditions of use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Your Account
When you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Crossroad Christian Bookstore does sell products for children, but sell them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under the age of 18, you may use Crossroad Christian Bookstore only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Crossroad Christian Bookstore and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Shipping and Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unmarked, new and unopened; shrink-wrapped products, slipcase, complete sets must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Items sold as a prepackaged bundle or kit including toys and games must be returned with all components in unused, unmarked, and resalable condition.
Personalized item may not be refunded or returned for replacement unless the item is defective.
Unopened CDs, DVDs, computer software, and or other media may be returned for refund. If opened, and there is a defect, we can accept only for a replacement of the same item.
Please understand that if your return is not in compliance with the above stated, your item is subjected to non-acceptance.
If you received a damaged/defective or incorrectly shipped item, we will be happy to replace the item for you in a timely manner. Please email us at customer.help@crossroadbook.com (in subject line, list your order number and state whether damage/defective or incorrect item), or you can call for immediate resolve.

- The packing slip in your shipment has specific instructions for returns. We provide a pre-printed return label with our Returns Department Address.
Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note, upon returning items:
Do not send your package by UPS or FedEx, because this is a Post Office Box.
Allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. A notification will be sent to the email you provided once we receive your return or exchange.
